Makayla has over 12 years of experience within the mechanical industry. She began her career as a Project Assistant at Lawson Mechanical Contractors, where she spent the next eight years. During this time she took Construction Management Certificate Classes at the UC Davis Extension Campus in Sacramento, CA. In April 2015, Makayla made the move to Mark III under the capacity of Project Engineer. After only eight months, she was promoted to Project Manager and has thrived in the position.

She’s skilled in growing contractor relationships, virtual construction & prefabrication efforts, and delivering projects on- time and within budget. Over the past 3 years Makayla has managed over $18 million in Mechanical projects.
